Monitoring the inbound and outbound process of goods until processed into linehaul
Monitoring the sorting process and ensuring compliance with SOP
Planning resource requirements according to the existing volume
Monitoring team productivity and capacity as well as the tools used
Implementing 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Requirements

Possess a High School/Vocational School diploma, Diploma, or Bachelors degree in any field
Have 12 years of experience as a Coordinator/Supervisor in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields, especially in Warehouse/Expedition/Logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to work in shifting schedules
Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta
