Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role based in Bali for a skilled Sommelier. The Sommelier will be responsible for curating wine pairings, managing the wine collection, and assisting customers with wine selections at high-end dining venues. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, conducting wine trainings, supporting wine sales initiatives, ensuring proper storage of wines, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Wine Pairing, Wine Sales, and Sommelier practices
• Background in Food & Beverage services with a passion for wine and gastronomy
• Strong Communication skills to provide exceptional guest interaction and service
• Certification or relevant training as a Sommelier (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and in dynamic environments
