About the customer :
Client is a digital-first banking platform that enables financial institutions to launch modern, customer-centric mobile banking experiences in record time. Specializing in high-engagement, award-winning mobile apps, it provides banks and fintechs with a ready-to-deploy solution.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and develop tailored technical solutions that address specific client needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and solution architectures.
- Build and configure customized demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase product capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to support custom integrations, address technical constraints, and close feature gaps.
- Provide technical advisory and support to clients during implementation and post-implementation stages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client-side technical issues in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.
- Create and maintain solution diagrams, technical documentation, and configuration guides.
- Communicate client insights and technical feedback to Product Management to help shape the product roadmap.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client technical stakeholders to drive adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product capabilities, competitive solutions, and industry trends.
- Travel to India 34 times per year for client collaboration, implementation, or training activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 45 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Software Developer, or in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and technical solutioning.
- Practical experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Solid understanding of system design principles and data structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong presentation, demonstration, and client communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with creativity in designing solutions for complex challenges.
- Previous successful experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices is a plus.
Salary for this position is between 25.000.000 and 35.000.000
