Solution Delivery Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in full-stack development.
• Front-end: Vue.js, NuxtJS, Tailwind CSS, Flutter (optional).
• Back-end: Laravel, Node.js.
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL.
• Other Tools: Git, Docker, AWS, CI/CD, Figma. AI/ML knowledge (e.g., GPT, YOLO) is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

1. Development Cycle Time

Complete development tasks within the timelines agreed upon in the project plan or sprint

schedule.

Target: 90% of tasks delivered on time per sprint or milestone.

2. Code Quality

Develop scripts/code with minimal bugs and rework, aligning with the initial requirements

and design specifications.

Target: 5% of code requiring rework due to defects or deviation from requirements (as

tracked in issue logs or code reviews).

3. Code Simplicity & Maintainability

Write clean, simple, and maintainable code to reduce time required for support, code

review, testing, and debugging.

Target:

Code readability rating 4/5 (via peer reviews)

Average debug/review time reduced by X% over baseline

4. Documentation & Reporting

Provide clear and up-to-date documentation and reports, including API references,

process flows, and system designs. Submit bi-weekly progress reports consistently.

Target:

100% submission of bi-weekly reports on schedule

Documentation completed for all relevant deliverables by milestone deadlines

Skills:

Years of experience : >3 years
