Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand security posture, risks, and business requirements.
Assist in designing end-to-end cybersecurity solutions and architectures using industry-leading technologies.
Recommend and support the positioning of security solutions across multiple domains, including:

Requirements

Network & Perimeter Security
Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR)
Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Cloud & Hybrid Security
SOC, SIEM, SOAR, and MDR Services
Support the delivery of technical presentations, solution workshops, and architecture reviews.
Assist in defining Scope of Work (SoW), Bill of Materials (BOM), and high-level implementation plans.
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses by preparing technical inputs and solution documentation.
Work closely with delivery, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth solution handover.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with technology partners and vendors.
Continuously learn and stay updated on cybersecurity trends, frameworks, and threat landscapes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within cybersecurity, IT security, or related domains.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN).
Basic understanding of information security concepts (CIA triad, threats, and vulnerabilities).
Fundamental knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux).
Exposure to cybersecurity through professional experience, internships, labs, academic coursework, or personal projects.
Familiarity with one or more security domains such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, or IAM is an advantage.
Strong willingness to learn and develop customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or vendor fundamentals are a plus.
