Participate in discussion with stakeholders, and studying documents such as requirements, designs, and prototypes/mockups to understand of the application to be tested.
Create detailed test cases, test steps and scenario to ensure all system functionalities are properly tested and clearly understood by the team.
Participate in confirmation and align testing scenarios with Development team.
Refine and update testing documentation based on review feedback until it is approved as a testing baseline.
Execute prepared test cases and testing scenarios, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Perform regression testing after fixes are made to ensure that resolved issues do not affect other functionalities.
Run automation test scripts developed and released by the Quality Engineer and verify the execution results.
Identify, record, and report defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) with sufficient detail to help the Development Team understand and fix the issues.
Prepare testing result documentation and final reports and regularly communicate testing status and progress to supervisor and stakeholders.
Maintain good collaboration with fellow QC members and other teams, share knowledge, and ensure clear communication to support smooth workflows.
Contribute to improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Perform other Quality Control tasks as assigned by supervisors and regularly report progress and encountered issues.
Work closely with Quality Control (Software Tester), software developers, and Product Owners to understand software requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Have experience in Multifinance Company for minimum 2 years
Able to read and understand system specification documents such as SRS, BRD, FSD, and prototypes/mockups.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiar with basic SQL queries and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, etc.).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
