We're WINTECH a Jakarta-based SaaS company building CRM, WMS, ERP, Omnichannel, and enterprise applications. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in improving product quality, usability, and stability from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Test web and mobile applications (Next.js & React Native) to ensure features work as expected.
- Execute manual test cases and validate user flows end-to-end.
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and usability issues before they reach users.
- Write clear, structured bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs actual behavior.
- Re-test fixed issues to confirm bugs are fully resolved.
- Support regression testing when new features are released.
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and UI/UX designers to clarify expected behavior.
- Help maintain basic QA documentation, testing checklists, and notes.
Qualifications:
Must-haves
- Strong attention to detail you notice small issues others miss.
- Comfortable testing web or mobile applications from a user's perspective.
- Able to explain problems clearly and logically, both written and verbal.
- Organized, patient, and comfortable with repetitive testing tasks.
- Willing to learn fast and ask questions when something is unclear.
Highly valued
- Experience testing websites, apps, or personal projects (formal QA experience not required).
- Basic understanding of how web or mobile applications work.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (ClickUp, Jira, or similar).
- Understanding of basic UI/UX and usability principles.
- Previous experience working on academic, internship, or startup projects.
