What You'll Do
- Build with Purpose: Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance .NET applications that deliver engaging digital experiences.
- Optimize for Impact: Analyze, enhance, and refine existing systems to improve efficiency, usability, and maintainability.
- Integrate Seamlessly: Connect internal and third-party systems, including Optimizely DXP, to ensure smooth and reliable integrations.
- Deliver Reliably: Apply CI/CD practices to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable code with consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with cross-functional teams worldwide to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Stay Current: Remain informed on modern development trends and emerging Optimizely features that can advance ministry goals.
- Protect and Secure: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all applications.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years developing C#/.NET applications.
- Technical Strength: Skilled in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and building scalable web applications.
- CMS Expertise: Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Optimizely DXP, Episerver, or Sitecore.
- Front-End Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiar with modern frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural, Agile teams.
- Faith-Rooted Living: Demonstrates a Christ-centered life, regular engagement with Scripture, and ongoing spiritual growth.
