Overview:
We are seeking a Bridge Software Engineer (Korean Speaker) to act as a key liaison between our Korean team and Indonesian developers. The ideal candidate will serve not only as a communication bridge but also as a Software Engineer, contributing to development tasks, facilitating seamless collaboration, leading development teams, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining alignment with client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand system architecture, business processes, and project requirements
- Serve as a bridge between the Korean team and Indonesian developers, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, discuss project details, and address any inquiries
- Organize and participate in meetings with clients and developers to review progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed
- Monitor project milestones, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion
- Evaluate project performance, including team contributions, client satisfaction, and leadership effectiveness
- Prepare and present reports on project progress to stakeholders
- Delegate and oversee tasks within the development team, ensuring efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Korean language proficiency (TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred)
- Strong understanding and experience in the IT service industry (IT-related majors preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with teams and clients
- Prior experience in IT roles such as Software Developer or Business Analyst (experience with C# or Java preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and provide effective solutions
- Project management skills to coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving business and technical environment
