Calling out all Indonesian Fullstack Developer!
We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer who is driven by excellence and energized by continuous improvement. You will lead the technical development of a public health education platform designed to empower millions with actionable, trustworthy health knowledge. As an early technical team member, you will shape the architecture, build the core product, and create a seamless and delightful content experience for our users.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Architect and build the platform using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
- Implement and integrate a Headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful) to enable scalable content delivery.
- Design and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs for high performance data access
- Optimize for speed, reliability, SEO, and long-term maintainability.
- Manage foundational DevOps: CI/CD, environments, deployments, and security best practices
- Partner closely with our UX/UI designer to deliver thoughtful, responsive product experiences
- Uphold code quality through standards, documentation, and healthy engineering practices.
- Continuously refine processes, architecture, and tools to push the product and the team to the next level.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of fullstack development experience.
- Strong expertise in React/Next.js and either Node.js frameworks.
- Proven experience with API driven architectures.
- Skilled with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with stripe, firebase, and push notification workflows.
- Strong problem solving skills and a product focused mindset.
- A track record of owning projects end to end and delivering high impact feature.
