Job Responsibilities

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, sharing constructive feedback with peers.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and processes.
- Contribute ideas for the ongoing improvement of development practices.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in React Native and Expo, with proven frontend development expertise.
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Flask or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a remote work setup.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development with significant frontend focus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and remote collaboration tools.
- Previous exposure to the fintech or loyalty/rewards industry is advantageous.
