Software Consultant (Product Specialist)

About the Role

As a Software Consultant (Product Specialist), you will focus on a selected set of engagement, loyalty, and partnership platforms that we deliver to our clients.

Unlike generalist consultants, you will deeply specialize in 34 products, becoming the go-to expert who understands the product capabilities, business use cases, and implementation approach.

You will work closely with clients, internal technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze user requirements and business needs

• Translate business processes into functional documents (BRD / FRD)

• Act as the bridge between users and technical teams

• Provide solution recommendations aligned with product capabilities

• Support implementation and ensure smooth system usage

• Prepare documentation, reports, and implementation materials

• Monitor project timeline, milestones, and risks

• Collaborate in Agile / Scrum project environments

• Continuously build expertise in assigned products and domains

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields

• 12 years experience in software consulting, business analysis, or system analysis

• Strong skills in requirement gathering and business analysis

• Able to document requirements clearly (BRD / FRD)

• Good understanding of software architecture (frontend, backend, API, database, cloud concept level)

• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders

• Able to provide realistic solution recommendations considering cost, timeline, and technology limits

• Familiar with project management basics and Agile/Scrum

• Willing to learn and specialize in specific software products
