Social Media Trategist Lead

Hybrid, Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Create and maintain a social media calendar for regular updates across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent engagement with our audience.
  • Produce social media activation such as video content and campaign to communicate brand strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to gather insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews to foster a positive community and customer service presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing, and consistent with our brand&aposs voice.
  • Oversee social media accounts layout, including suggesting profile picture, bio, and cover photo updates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and utilize best practices in social media marketing.
  • Coordinate with the Content Planner to ensure a cohesive content strategy across all platforms, maximizing engagement and conversion opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Strategic Planner.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and algorithm changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve social media goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative social media campaign strategies that align with brand identity and goals.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Marketing Team: Align on overarching marketing strategies and ensure social media efforts support broader marketing objectives.
  • Creative Team: Collaborate to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent content for social media platforms.
  • Content Planners: Coordinate content creation and scheduling to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Digital Marketing Lead: Report on social media performance metrics and collaborate on integrated digital marketing campaigns.
