Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
  • Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Plan and manage content deliverables, including content ideas, themes, editorial calendars, and monthly campaign assets
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Define ad objectives, audience targeting, budgeting, and creatives in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor, analyze, and report both organic and paid social media performance using analytics tools
  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights for content and ads, including recommendations for optimization
  • Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content and ad assets
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum 13 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to plan, manage, and deliver clear campaign and content deliverables
  • Experience in audience targeting, A/B testing, budget allocation, and ad optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity with social media and ad analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
