Social Media Specialist

Job Description :

• Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and produce compelling creative content (short and long form) aligned with each client's brand identity and story covering brainstorm, planning, ideation, scripting, campaign execution (online & offline).
• Stay updated on emerging trends, viral formats, competitor activities, and pop culture to craft timely riding the wave content and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance (weekly & monthly), providing insights, KPIs, and actionable recommendations to optimize engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Support creative brand-building initiatives, marketing campaigns, and new product launches through tailored content strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Advertising/ Marketing/ Communication/ related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing within a creative or digital agency, or equivalent
• Proven ability to grow and manage brand social media accounts with measurable success.
• Used to handle 360° campaign, both digital and ATL.
• Solid understanding of creative development—from drafting briefs to executing deliverables, not limited to challenging own ideas for creating creative strategies, planning and campaigns for effective and breakthrough communication.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing campaign success and content innovation.
