Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; a degree in Communication is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or related field
- Highly creative in developing and executing engaging social media content
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email management, and various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of video editing processes
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and the latest platform features
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (WFO at PIK 1, North Jakarta and WFA at Bocorocco boutiques).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand identity and business objectives
- Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to optimize content and platform performance
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across all platforms
- Oversee content calendars and ensure timely, consistent posting
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design and creative) to produce high-quality visual and video content
- Manage social media accounts, including audience engagement and community interaction
- Build and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers for collaborations
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Prepare regular reports on performance and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all social media activities are aligned with overall brand strategy and positioning
