Job Description

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; a degree in Communication is preferred
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or related field
  3. Highly creative in developing and executing engaging social media content
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, email management, and various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  5. Basic knowledge of video editing processes
  6. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and the latest platform features
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  9. Highly driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  10. Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (WFO at PIK 1, North Jakarta and WFA at Bocorocco boutiques).

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand identity and business objectives
  2. Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to optimize content and platform performance
  3. Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across all platforms
  4. Oversee content calendars and ensure timely, consistent posting
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design and creative) to produce high-quality visual and video content
  6. Manage social media accounts, including audience engagement and community interaction
  7. Build and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers for collaborations
  8. Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and provide data-driven recommendations
  9. Prepare regular reports on performance and campaign effectiveness
  10. Ensure all social media activities are aligned with overall brand strategy and positioning
