Define, develop and execute social media strategies on a daily basis to reach and engage our target audiences across different social channels and manage day-to-day activities with clear roadmap, plans, and reports.
Stay updated on trends and social content opportunities to create impactful, market-relevant content that builds brand equity.
Managing different social channels by identifying opportunities that can create buzz while ensuring that key performance metrics are met (eg. awareness, engagement, follower acquisition, share of voice). help build business cases around the opportunity.
Lead social media advertising efforts, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting campaigns to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, brand, partnerships, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with communities, partners, KOLs, and content creators to amplify brand presence and foster collaborations.
Report & analyze platform performance, audience insights, and campaign metrics to continuously refine strategies for growth and engagement.
Take the initiative in community building by organizing members, crafting content strategies tailored to their interests, and monitoring the distribution of content to ensure consistent engagement and alignment with community goals.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and/or digital marketing, including 2+ years in strategic and execution roles within creative/media agencies, OTA, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
Hands-on experience with social media marketing strategy, audience/content strategies, content creation, and advertising for platforms such as: META, Tiktok, YT, etc.
Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
Experience in collaboration with KOLs, influencers, and content creators to drive impactful campaigns.
Passionate about building online communities and fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders
Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communication, Marketing or allied fields
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
