Job Overview:
One of our clients is looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance their digital presence across social media platforms and websites. This role blends content creation, design, and web management, requiring someone who is both creative and technically capable. The ideal candidate is proactive, AI-savvy, and able to manage multiple digital touchpoints while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual assets for social media using tools such as Canva while adhering strictly to brand guidelines
- Develop and manage social media content across platforms with a strong storytelling focus
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to draft captions, content, and blog posts, refining them to match the brand voice
- Maintain and update websites using CMS platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress
- Ensure digital platforms remain visually consistent, modern, and aligned with brand standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and partner brands to deliver content assets on schedule
- Monitor analytics and digital trends to optimize engagement and content performance
- Support the development of brand identities and visual guidelines for new projects
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Strong proficiency with Web CMS platforms (Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress)
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to use AI writing tools to generate and refine content efficiently
- Strong design sense with the ability to follow brand guidelines accurately
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and teams
Great-to-Haves:
- Experience building brand identities or brand guidelines
- Experience managing content for multiple brands or projects
- Familiarity with social media management tools or analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of digital trends and emerging content formats
