Role Description
- Creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for Instagram (Feed & Stories).
- Developing captions and content plans aligned with the brand's communication strategy.
- Actively engaging with the audience through Instagram Stories and the comment section.
- Collaborating with internal teams to produce content for events, job vacancies, and product launches.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media performance, including traffic, engagement rate, shares, and conversion metrics.
- Collecting and repurposing customer reviews for Instagram Stories.
- Responding to inquiries and comments in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivation and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and trends is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Creative mindset and passion for social media trends and strategies
- Committed to a minimum 6-month internship.
- Bandung-based candidates are preferred.
