Job Responsibilities
- Create creative video content for Meta Ads and manage the end-to-end production process from briefing, scripting, shooting, to editing.
- Plan, analyze, and develop static ad creatives, including translating briefs into clear directions and coordinating closely with graphic designers.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, covering both static posts and video content.
- Plan, execute, and analyze organic TikTok content strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Plan and manage TikTok Live sessions, including topic planning, live flow, and post-live performance review.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis across social and paid campaigns to evaluate effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 12 years of experienceas a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
- Experience creatingvideo and static contentfor social media, especially Meta Ads, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Basic understanding ofend-to-end content production(briefing, scripting, shooting, editing).
- Able to plan and manageInstagram content calendarsand support TikTok content execution.
- Familiar withcontent performance analysisand using insights to improve results.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers and working from creative briefs.
- Creative, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges promptly.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a professional working level.
