Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Erdigma's brand and product objectives.
• Manage and grow Erdigma's social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (copy, visuals, short videos, and reels) in collaboration with the creative team.
• Monitor daily social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on engagement and growth metrics.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep content relevant and competitive.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Creative, and Sales) to support campaigns and product launches.
• Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and content consistency.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably handling brand or product accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends, especially short-form content.
• Ability to create compelling captions, storytelling content, and basic content concepts.
• Familiar with social media analytics tools and able to interpret performance data.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content schedules.
• Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, adaptive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Purbalingga, Central Java.
