Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's employer branding social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok).
- Develop content ideas, editorial calendars, and scheduling plans for social media.
- Create storyboards, narratives, and engaging copywriting for employer branding content.
- Coordinate and manage content production budgets.
- Source and coordinate talents or employees involved in content creation.
- Design and produce the monthly company newsletter.
- Lead and direct the content shooting process to ensure quality and brand alignment.
- Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to improve future campaigns.
- Support and coordinate employer branding activities, including campus visits and company visit programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or employer branding.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Familiar with social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.
