Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist (Employer Branding) to help showcase our company culture and attract top talent. If you enjoy storytelling, creating engaging content, and building a strong employer brand through social media, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's employer branding social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok).
  • Develop content ideas, editorial calendars, and scheduling plans for social media.
  • Create storyboards, narratives, and engaging copywriting for employer branding content.
  • Coordinate and manage content production budgets.
  • Source and coordinate talents or employees involved in content creation.
  • Design and produce the monthly company newsletter.
  • Lead and direct the content shooting process to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to improve future campaigns.
  • Support and coordinate employer branding activities, including campus visits and company visit programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, or employer branding.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Familiar with social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.
