Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sleman for a Sosmed Specialist. The Sosmed Specialist will be responsible for content planning, content creation, and managing social media campaigns across various platforms. The role includes tasks such as monitoring social media engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on social media trends to optimize outreach and brand visibility. Collaboration with team members to execute marketing strategies is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Preferably from Communication, Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Broadcasting, or Visual Communication Design (DKV). (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
• Familiar with and actively using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Able to create creative content (text, images, and videos) that aligns with the target audience.
• Proficient in basic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere. Knowledge of CorelDraw is a plus
• Understanding of basic social media marketing, content planning, and content calendar management.
• Able to analyze content performance using social media insights or analytics tools.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and current internet topics.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
