WE ARE HIRING: Social Media Administrator (Multi-Account)

FDC Dental Clinic is looking for a highly systematic, resilient, and dedicated Social Media Administrator. If you are a master of multitasking who never compromises on quality, possesses eagle-eyed attention to detail, and knows how to keep a team on track, this is the perfect role for you!

You will play a crucial role in managing, scheduling, and ensuring the flawless publication of content across more than a dozen of our company's social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute the daily content publication for over 10 social media accounts simultaneously (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X/Twitter, and YouTube).

* Operate social media automation and scheduling software to plan, queue, and publish posts efficiently.

* Perform strict Quality Control (QC) before any content goes live to ensure zero typos, accurate captions, correct tagging, working links, and absolutely no cross-posting errors between accounts.

* Actively coordinate with and consistently follow up (push) the creative team (designers, videographers, copywriters) to ensure all visual and textual assets are produced and delivered strictly on schedule.

* Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the latest social media trends, viral topics, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for future content.

* Organize digital assets and ensure the content calendar is executed neatly and precisely on time for all platforms.

* Monitor notifications, mentions, comments, and direct messages across all assigned accounts, ensuring prompt and brand-appropriate responses.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Possess an exceptionally high level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail (super detail-oriented); able to quickly adapt to the distinct tone of voice and specific needs of each individual account.

* Mandatory: Proven experience and deep understanding of using social media automation/scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, or similar platforms).

* Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics, spot emerging trends, and translate them into practical strategies.

* Excellent communication and assertivenessyou must be comfortable and proactive in reminding or pushing the creative team to meet tight deadlines.

* Minimum of [e.g., 2] years of proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously (previous experience in an agency setting is a major plus).

* Outstanding time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of tasks without missing a single deadline.

* Highly familiar with the current algorithms, features, and optimal content formats for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X/Twitter, and YouTube.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of maintaining sharp focus under pressure.
