Job Description

Status Pro Sport is a one-stop football marketing agency for professional football players, trainers, Esport players, and supporting professionals. Our team consists of (former) players, experienced entrepreneurs, and fully dedicated professionals to support our clients through their entire journey. We represent our clients&apos interests to help them achieve maximum results, both athletic and in business. Our head office is located in the Netherlands, where we have been operating for over 10 years. Since 2020, we also work from Indonesia.

As a Social Media Manager at Status Pro Sport, you will drive the creative direction, quality, and consistency of our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and future platforms. You will develop digital strategies, oversee content execution, and ensure brand alignment across all channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and data-driven decision-making to grow our digital community, increase engagement, and enhance our brand visibility both online and offline. You will also be responsible for managing influencer collaborations, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring that all digital activities contribute to Status Pro Sports growth and reputation in the sports industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the overall brand vision and objectives.
  • Identify and propose digital-first initiatives to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Audit existing channels and define content pillars, tone-of-voice, and visual guidelines for each brand in our portfolio.
  • Oversee the execution of content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Monitor real-time audience engagement, foster two-way conversations, and manage user-generated content initiatives.
  • Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying KOLs, negotiating partnerships, and evaluating impact.
  • Ensure offline campaigns are digitally amplified through pre-event promotions, live coverage, and post-event engagement.
  • Oversee digital campaign execution including paid ads, email marketing, landing pages, and social media promotions.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices and oversee website/social content optimization to drive visibility and traffic.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Performance Specialist to maximize ROI from paid advertising.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, learnings, and improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integration between online and offline activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or a related role within sports marketing or a sports brand.
  • Proven track record in executing digital campaigns, managing social platforms, and driving engagement growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, performance marketing, and content trends.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, branding, and community building.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
