Job Summary:
The Social Media Leader will oversee the company's entire social media presence, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation in the property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's property sales, property management, and listing campaign goals.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, such as engagement rate, lead conversion, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
- Stay current with platform changes, trends (especially in real estate marketing), and best practices to ensure the strategy remains cutting-edge.
- Supervise, mentor, and trainthe Social Media Admin and Content Creator roles, providing constructive feedback and performance reviews.
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee themaster content calendarto ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality posting across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Approve all final social media copies, visuals, and video content before publication.
- Direct the Content Creator on property showcases videos, listing highlights, neighborhood tours, and general brand content.
- Work with the Sales/Marketing team to promote new property listings, open houses, and property management services.
Partnerships & Performance-Based Collaborations
- Support the development of partnerships with agents, communities, and creators based on performance-driven collaboration models.
- Use social media to strengthen partner relationships and amplify partnership-driven content.
- Avoid awareness-only collaborations; focus on partnerships that deliver measurable value.
Platform & Community Development
- Contribute to the development of Betterplace as a multi-sided platform by tailoring social media communication for key audiences: guests, buyers, and property owners.
- Support long-term platform growth by building trust, credibility, and repeat engagement through social channels.
- Align social media messaging with platform values, quality standards, and price positioning (no discount-driven or low-quality communication).
Retention & Loyalty Support
- Support guest retention initiatives by developing social content that encourages repeat stays, longer stays, and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with Guest Services and Marketing to reinforce owner retention through transparent, value-driven communication.
- Use social media to strengthen relationships with existing clients, not only to attract new leads.
Organic Growth & Brand Authority
- Drive organic growth by developing educational, analytical, and brand-building content rather than relying solely on paid promotion.
- Support content initiatives such as market insights, reports, and expert commentary to position Betterplace as a trusted authority in the Bali property market.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align social media efforts with long-term organic traffic growth.
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all social media channels and campaigns weekly and monthly.
- Use data insights to optimize content performance, posting times, and audience targeting.
- Manage the social media budget, including allocation for paid advertising (boosted posts, targeted ads) focused on lead generation.
- Report key metrics and strategic recommendations directly to upper management.
