Responsibilities

  • Monitor trends through mainstream media and social media
  • Monitor sentiment for Dexa Group through social media and mainstream media.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics.
  • Assist in crisis communication.
  • Craft engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and websites.
  • Produce high-quality digital content (videos, visuals) independently.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for content development and trend awareness
  • Interact with followers and build a positive brand presence.

Requirements

  • Recent graduates in communications, marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to independently produce high-quality digital content (videos, visuals).
  • Passion for social media and content creation.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media monitoring tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang
