Manage social media platforms for 3 brands: Cole Haan (Instagram & TikTok), LFC (Instagram & TikTok) & Adidas (instagram @kanmoactivewear)
Manages daily content planning, publishing, and community engagement across brand social media platforms.
Proactively creating localized content and initiatives that resonate with the Indonesian audience; as local storytelling performs significantly better than relying solely on global principal assets.
Work closely with both Cole Haan and Adidas teams to bring campaigns to life online, monitor trends, and optimize content based on performance.
Ensuring brand voice and visual consistency across social media platforms.
Act as the primary admin for incoming DMs, ensuring timely and engaging responses to build stronger relationships and maintain positive engagement with our online community.
Requirements:
Having background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Proven ability to plan, create, and execute localized content that resonates with the Indonesian audience.
Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends, algorithms, and analytics.
Experience in content publishing, community management, and engagement strategies.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
Detail-oriented with a good eye for brand voice and visual consistency.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to respond promptly to online community interactions.
