Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule daily social media content tailored for the Malaysian audience.
  • Manage official brand accounts targeting Malaysia, ensuring tone and language fit local preferences.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to ensure the brand stays relevant and engaging.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the product marketing team to produce impactful campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Malaysian KOLs/KOCs for product seeding, collaboration, and user-generated content.
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and provide monthly reports.
  • Support campaign execution for regional launches, sales events, and community engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience managing social media for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian digital culture and social media trends.
  • Proficiency in English; understanding of Malay is a strong plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
