About the Role:
As a Social Media Assistant, you'll play a key support role within our social media team. You'll help brainstorm, organize, and schedule content while keeping an eye on analytics and trends. This is the perfect role for someone who is highly organized, has a passion for digital content, and is excited to learn and grow in a creative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Content Scheduling:Help organize and schedule daily posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter) using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Engagement & Community Management:Monitor social channels, reply to comments and DMs, and help build authentic connections with our community.
- Trend Tracking:Stay up-to-date on social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to help us stay relevant and creative.
- Team Support:Work closely with designers, video editors, and writers to coordinate campaigns and meet content deadlines.
- Analytics Tracking:Assist with performance reporting and pull key metrics to evaluate what's working and what's not.

- Digitally Native:You live and breathe social media and understand how to communicate effectively on each platform.
- Organized & Reliable:You love to plan ahead, manage content calendars, and follow through on tasks.
- Creative Mindset:You're full of ideas for memes, reels, and clever captionsand you know what hooks attention.
- Team Player:You thrive in a collaborative setting, communicate clearly, and take feedback well.
- Quick Learner:Eager to try new tools and tech, including AI content tools like ChatGPT, Canva, or CapCut.
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
- Basic design/video skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
- Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
- Experience growing a personal or brand account
