About The Role
Endeavor Indonesia is seeking a creative individual who combines a strong passion for marketing communications with a genuine interest in supporting entrepreneurship. This role will play a key part in managing and developing digital content across our social media platforms and online channels to strengthen engagement within Indonesia's entrepreneurial ecosystem. This job need the ability of visual designing and social media execution
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content across social media platforms and digital channels
- Create culturally relevant visual and video content aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior to optimize engagement
- Manage website and monthly newsletter content updates
- Engage with the online community while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Support events through digital assets, presentations, and live content coverage
- Work as visual designer to generate a great visual output to translate stories into content
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year of experience managing Indonesian social media accounts ( IG, Linkedin, etc)
- Creative minded but also eager to learn
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and local digital trends
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop; video editing is a plus)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
