SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT LEAD
ABOUT JJ GROUP
JJ Group is a privately held company overseeing a portfolio of ventures across media, creative, and consumer industries.
We are seeking a Social Content Lead to join a new media brand launching in 2026 leading content end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Content Strategy & Concepting
- Develop content ideas, themes, and storytelling for social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create monthly content plans aligned with brand vision
- Translate brand direction into engaging, platform-native content
2. Content Production & Execution
- Lead content from concept to final output
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts
- Coordinate photos, videos, and edits (with internal team or vendors)
- Deliver on time, at quality
3. Publishing & Optimization
- Manage posting and scheduling across platforms
- Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares)
- Identify what works, cut what doesn't, improve accordingly
4. Collaboration & Ownership
- Work closely with designers, editors, and creative team
- Own the content flow and approval process
- Take full responsibility for consistency and execution quality
WHO YOU ARE
Must-have:
- 24+ years experience owning social content end-to-end
- Proven track record from idea to execution
- Strong storytelling instincts and platform behavior (IG, TikTok, YouTube)
- Hands-on you make things, not just plans
- Comfortable coordinating production and timelines
- Proactive, reliable, solution-oriented
Good to have:
- Basic understanding of social analytics
- Experience working with designers and videographers
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Meta tools, Notion
