As A Social Media And Content Lead, You Will
- Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
- Lead and mentor the social media, content creator, talent/UGC, and video editor teams, ensuring high-quality content and effective campaign execution.
- Manage content planning, creation, and scheduling across all platforms, maintaining alignment with brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the KOL team to ensure consistent organic and collaborative content.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategy.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Supervise content strategy development and ensure execution aligns with brand direction and creative vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in social media management, with 12 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, creative mindset, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end product launches and campaign execution.
- Knowledgeable in creative direction for visual and video campaigns and highly social media savvy.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
