Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Keep up with the latest AI trends and tools to enhance content creation.
Design visuals and social media assets using AI-based tools.
Generate captions, post ideas, and content outlines with AI writing tools.
Engage with followers (comments, DMs, feedback, etc.).
Support the marketing team in executing content calendars and campaigns.
Assist in managing KOL/influencer collaborations.
Appear as talent in social media content when needed.
Contribute to all phases of social media activity: brainstorming, execution, and analysis.

Requirements

Fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related fields.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Familiar with major social media platforms and digital trends.
Interest/experience with AI tools for writing, design, or analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Notion AI).
Basic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Updated on social media, marketing, tech, AI, and advertising trends.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
