Social Media Content Creator

As a freelance content creator at Pashouses, you will be responsible for creating video content that reviews houses and discusses various investment topics within the Bekasi area. You will manage the entire production process, from scriptwriting to final execution, ensuring that all video content aligns with Pashouses&apos brand strategy and messaging.

*Responsibilities:*

-Produce high-quality video reels per month for Instagram and TikTok, focusing on house reviews in the Bekasi area.

-Manage production workflows, including scripting, shooting, and post-production, to ensure a consistent and elevated creative output.

-Stay up-to-date on the latest media consumption trends to continuously innovate and optimize content strategy.

*Requirements:*

- D3/S1 in Design, Film, Media Production, Communication, or a related field.

- Proven experience in video content creation, with a portfolio of high-performing content and creative campaigns.

- Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut).

- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithm mechanics, and storytelling for retention.

- Comfortable working independently to shooting on-site house visits.

- A passion for real estate, finance, and investment content is a plus but not mandatory.
