Kata Creativ is a boutique digital agency based in Bali, working with hotels, restaurants, real estate brands, and lifestyle businesses. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Admin Intern to join our team.
Location: Jimbaran - Bali (Offline)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling posts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Help organize photo & video assets from shoots
- Draft simple captions under guidance from the content team
- Research trends, competitor content, and potential ideas
- Respond to comments & DM inquiries (with response template guidance)
- Monitor engagement and help maintain positive client interactions
- Track mentions, tags, and UGC for re-post opportunities
- Help compile weekly or monthly performance reports
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and identify improvement opportunities
- Help prepare social media calendars
