Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a SOC Analyst Tier 3 (Threat Hunter). As part of the Security Operations Center (SOC) team, the SOC Analyst Tier 3 will be responsible for advanced threat hunting and incident analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and responding to cyber threats, analyzing security incidents, generating threat intelligence reports, and improving threat detection processes. The Threat Hunter will closely collaborate with other cybersecurity professionals to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge in Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities relevant to cybersecurity
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center and knowledge of SOC processes and tools
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices with hands-on experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical insights
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing security threats and stay updated on emerging trends
- Background in computer science, information security, or a relevant technical field is preferred
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications: CSA, ECIH, ECHFI, GCIA, GCFA, GCIH, GNFA, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or equivalent.
- Experience in cloud security monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Previous experience in a 24/7 SOC environment.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during high-severity incidents.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities for SOC team growth.
