Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. As an Operations Department, we embrace and reinforce the strong PRIDE! culture that is built up in DBS. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized support and expertise in account services for corporate banking clients
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall client experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and service delivery
  • Participate in the analysis of client data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of relevant banking systems and software applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
