Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Responsibilities
- Perform daily and monthly fund accounting activities, including net asset value (NAV) calculations, unit pricing, and financial reporting
- Reconcile fund accounts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and other client reporting requirements
- Collaborate with investment managers, administrators, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Provide support for fund launches, mergers, and other corporate actions
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of fund accounting operations
- Maintain detailed documentation and records of all fund accounting activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in fund accounting
