Collaborate with the Product Development Team to track development status and ensure timely launch as planned
Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and manage bulk production from sample approval to the arrival of goods at the warehouse and ensure ready for distribute on time
Provide Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and a photoshoot sample
Negotiate price with suppliers
Coordinate with factory team to monitor product status, quality control and packing instructions
Analyze production issues at the earliest stage and create weekly reports
Build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
Requirements :
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience as Merchandiser Production in garment industry/trading goods (apparel/bags/footwear/etc)
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills & time management skills
Thorough understanding of industry best practices
In-dept knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues
