  • Priority Seller Management
  • Identify and manage priority incubation sellers.
  • Monitor performance (GMV, traffic, conversion, stock, campaign).
  • Nominate sellers for PR opportunities.
  • Prepare eligible sellers for graduation to Category team.
  • Seller Education & Development
  • Deliver onboarding and continuous training.
  • Educate sellers on platform tools, campaigns, pricing, and assortment strategy.
  • Provide performance insights and improvement plans.
  • Day-to-Day Seller Management
  • Act as PIC for assigned sellers.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (SLA, cancellation rate, ratings, fulfillment).
  • Resolve issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong seller relationship and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or account management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
