Ertri Indonesia is a fast-growing creative digital agency, helping brands scale through impactful social media and influencer marketing campaigns. We're currently expanding our team and looking for a hands-on HR freelance to support both recruitment and overall HR operations.

Role Overview

As our HR Generalist Freelance, you will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline while also helping establish solid HR foundations (from hiring to employee management and culture).

Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition

Source and identify potential candidates (LinkedIn, job portals, outreach)

Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interview process with internal team

Manage candidate pipeline and database

Assist in offer & basic negotiation process

- HR Operations & System

Manage basic payroll & attendance tracking

Maintain and update employee database

Support onboarding process for new hires

Help develop and refine job descriptions

Assist in building simple HR SOPs

- Performance & Culture

Help design and implement performance review system (KPI / OKR)

Support evaluation and tracking of employee performance

Contribute to building positive team culture & engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
• Experience in HR (Recruitment and/or Generalist)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
