Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating blueprint for outlet construction
Overseeing construction process and deal with any unforeseen issue at the site
Keeping construction timeline and budget
Ordering, receiving and testing equipments for outlet
Ensuring MEP installation are according to company's standard
Creating BQ for tender process, negotiating and making sure the actual quantity match with the BQ

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer
minimum 2 years experience in handling projects from end to end (drawing, budget, construction to handover)
Know how to use software to draw construction blueprints , ie auto Cad.
Has a background in kitchen renovation
