We build fewer projects properly.
We are looking for a senior-level Site Construction Manager to lead execution on-site.
Role Overview
You will be fully based on-site and responsible for daily construction coordination and quality control.
Your role is to ensure that design intent is executed correctly, timelines are controlled, subcontractors are coordinated properly, and the build meets a high finishing standard.
This is not a foreman position.
This is a technically capable, experienced construction leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Full on-site coordination of residential construction projects
- Daily supervision of contractors and subcontractors
- Enforcing quality control and Western finishing standards
- Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings before and during execution
- Managing construction sequencing and timelines
- Coordinating structural, MEP, and finishing works
- Identifying and resolving technical issues on-site
- Maintaining site discipline and safety standards
- Reporting progress clearly to directors and internal team
Requirements
- Formal education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years experience in residential construction
- Proven experience delivering high-quality residential builds
- Strong technical understanding of structural works, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and finishing stages
- Able to read and interpret full drawing sets independently
- Strong leadership presence and ability to enforce standards
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency required
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate

- Candidates whose experience is limited to basic villa builds without quality control systems
- Individuals who require micromanagement
This role requires independence, technical depth, and accountability.
