SITE ARCHITECT

Proficient in English - speaking and writing
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 years of working experience
Overseen minimum 2 building projects to completion
Computer literate : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, 3DMax, other design software, and
Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a multinational project team
Has initiative, positive working attitude, and willing to learn
Work place in Bali, 4 hours a day, 5 days a week

Able to handle project on site project and report directly to owner and project manager
Checking whether construction follows construction drawing from all consultants
Checking quality of works
Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors
Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulation
