As a Site Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new retail locations that align with the company's growth objectives. You will work closely with landlords, property agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure each site meets operational, financial, and strategic requirements.
Location: Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Java
What We'll Work on Together
- Site Identification: Research and identify potential locations for new store openings based on market trends, demographics, and competitor analysis.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct site assessments including foot traffic, accessibility, visibility, and commercial viability.
- Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners, developers, and agents.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate legal, technical, and regulatory due diligence processes for each site.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Store Development to ensure smooth acquisition and handover.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and acquired sites, including documentation and status tracking.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor real estate trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) or Associate's degree (D3) in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail expansion.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with property stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess site potential using data and market insights.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to legal and technical documentation.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with mapping tools (e.g., Google Earth, GIS), Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and negotiations.
