NutriMotion is looking for a Video Editor / Short Video Operator who combines creative storytelling with a data-driven mindset and is fluent in Chinese. This role plays a key part in supporting and executing our short-form video strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring both creative quality and performance effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operation and execution of short-form video content across various digital platforms
- Assist in short video directing, including shot planning, storytelling flow, and on-set coordination
- Edit and refine short-form videos to align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices
- Collaborate closely with Content, KOL, and Marketing teams to ensure content consistency and impact
- Manage daily video operations, including content scheduling, revisions, version control, and coordination with related teams
- Track and monitor basic video performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to support content optimization
- Maintain and update simple performance reports using Excel, and assist in basic data analysis for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately
- Prior experience in video editing, short video operations, video production, or short-form video directing is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of short-form video trends, platform behavior, and audience engagement
- Comfortable working with basic data statistics and performance tracking
- Proficient in Excel for reporting, tracking, and simple data analysis
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
