Job Description

Responsibilities

Control and ensure that the loading process in the field runs according to procedure, safely, and efficiently.
Ensure proper shipping way and compliance in the field.
Handle booking to forwarder and confirm given schedules.
Arrange and book containers, as well as create loading plans.
Verify actual goods against shipping data.
Ensure all goods have passed Quality Control (QC) before loading.
Coordinate with related parties to prepare and execute the loading process.
Assist in creating and managing export documents.
Check container and vehicle readiness for loading activities.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation as required.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure a clear and smooth shipping process.
