Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, networks, and clients.
Explain Sharia financing products and contracts that fit the customers needs.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, internal standards, as well as regulations from Bank Indonesia and the Sharia Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field.
Preferably has at least 1 year of experience in sales, especially in mortgage or property agency.
Target-oriented with strong sales skills.
Basic understanding of banking and wide business networks.
